• Weather And Flight Safety
Drone Operations depend on Weather, Visibility,Airspace Restrictions and Safety conditions. We Reseve
The Write to Postpone , Cancel Our Modify Any Flight If Conditions Are Unsafe Our Legally Restricded.

• Goverment Regulations
All Drones Operations Are Conducted Subject to Applicable DGCA Rules And Other Goverment Regulations.

• Client Responsibilities
Provide Accurate Location And Project Details. Obtain Permission From The Property Owner Where Required.

Photos, Videoes, Maps, Reports Or Other Deliverables will be provided In the Agreed Format and Timeline.

• Acts Of Nature And Emergencies
We Shall not be Responsible For Delays Or Failure to Perform Services Due to Natural Disasters, Goverment Restrictions , Technical Failures , Strikes ,War Or Events Beyond Our Reasonable Controls.
